The Jackpot round is guaranteed to trigger at least once every 4 weeks (and can trigger after any weekly draw). Your Trust Score (0–100) is a single number that summarizes how trustworthy your account looks based on three categories: Standing (reputation built over time), Integrity (financial cleanliness — chargebacks weigh most), and Identity (how you connect to the platform — VPN use, country consistency, multi-account flags). It updates automatically as you earn, verify, and withdraw.

It's a weighted average of three rings: • Integrity (50%) — chargeback rate is dominant. • Standing (30%) — account age (full credit at 6 months), VIP level, email verification and Telegram linking. • Identity (20%) — VPN/proxy ratio, country consistency, multi-account flags. But chargebacks override everything. If your chargeback rate goes above 12%, your overall score is hard-capped in the Restricted zone regardless of how high your other rings are. Between 5% and 12% caps your score in the Limited zone. Keep chargebacks under 5% to unlock the full benefit of your other rings. Every factor is visible on your Trust Score page with a green/yellow/red badge and a tip on how to improve it.

Your Trust Score directly drives how withdrawals are processed: • Trusted (80+) — repeat withdrawals are paid automatically within minutes. • Standard (50–79) — withdrawals are held for 48 hours, then your score is automatically re-checked. If it reached 80+, the withdrawal pays out instantly. Otherwise our team reviews it manually within 24 hours. • Limited (25–49) — withdrawals are not available until your score improves to 50+. The Withdraw button on your profile becomes a link to your Trust Score page. • Restricted (< 25) — your account is automatically suspended when you attempt to withdraw. Contact support if you believe this is in error. Your first ever withdrawal is held for 5 days (with a $5 minimum) regardless of score, then evaluated the same way.

Every user's first withdrawal is held for a 5-day review period — this protects the platform from drive-by abuse. After 5 days, your Trust Score is automatically re-checked. If it's 80 or higher, your withdrawal is paid instantly. If not, our team reviews it manually within 24 hours. The 5-day hold only applies to your first withdrawal; future withdrawals follow standard rules.

If your Trust Score drops below 25 (Restricted zone) and you try to withdraw, your account is automatically suspended. This usually happens when chargeback rate exceeds 12% with significant lifetime earnings, when multi-account patterns are detected, or when fraud signals accumulate. If you believe this is in error, contact support to appeal.

Open your Trust Score page from your profile — every factor that pulls your score down is listed there with a yellow or red badge. The most common causes are: an unverified email or unlinked Telegram account, frequent VPN use while earning, switching between countries often, or chargebacks on offer completions.

Three quick wins: 1. Verify your email and link your Telegram account to improve your Standing ring. 2. Stop using a VPN/proxy when earning — it lowers your Identity ring. 3. Keep chargebacks low by completing offers correctly (don't cancel app installs early, don't sign up with fake info). Chargeback rate is the #1 driver of your overall score. Account age and VIP level also keep growing on their own as you stay active.

Your score updates continuously as you use the platform. Chargebacks, withdrawals, and VIP level changes trigger a refresh.

Chat is available only to users in the Trusted (80+) and Standard (50–79) zones. If your score drops below 50 (Limited or Restricted), you can still read messages but cannot send them. Improve your score to regain chat access.
